Historical Military Museum is located 15 km from the center of Zielona Gora.
For over 300 years LMW gathered a unique historical collection - photos, medals and awards, documents, models, uniforms, weapons, works of art. You will find lots of unique animals, such as two self-propelled artillery of the Soviet SU-152 from 1943.
Last gain valuable museum features heavy self-propelled gun 2S7 "Pion" (46 tons combat weight, length 13.5 m).
Collection of heavy military equipment and aircraft equipment is exposed to 4-hectare park and pavilion, which is open in the summer. Particularly interesting is the open-air mini-museum.
